  1. I have had alot of trauma and loss in My 52 yrs of life... So much hurt,that many times I have thought of just ending it all... Because I HOLD these BAD things inside, I do believe that it effects MY BODY... I suffer from post traumatic stress, fibromyalgia and of course DEPRESSION... I truly PRAY that I can find MY WAY out of all this Negativity? I do journal from time to time. It does help a bit, yet... I do not keep up with it. Your program looks very inviting... I may check it out. Thank You. :)
